You might look fine on the outside, yet lie awake at night replaying conversations or decisions you have not quite made. Inside, things feel unsettled, stretched, or unclear.

At AJ Reset & Rise, I work with values-driven people to slow things down, reset their balance, and find steadier footing. My approach is holistic, practical, and grounded. We focus on what is happening now, what has been weighing on you, and what will genuinely help you move forward.

I live in Nelson, New Zealand, and work with clients online across New Zealand and internationally. I have supported people from New Zealand, India, Tonga, Samoa, Germany, the United States, the Maldives, and Australia, ranging in age from nine to eighty-two. This breadth of experience allows me to confidently support people navigating change, cultural shifts, and meaningful life moments.

All individual coaching sessions are delivered online. In person work is offered through retreats and tailored group sessions, designed around the needs of each group or organisation.
